Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor |
 |
Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years Supervisory experience in a FAA Part 145
environment.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Ensuring all Repair Station/ Quality Control manual requirements are followed
- Provide customer quotations, releases aircraft for flight, and recommends procedure
changes to improve maintainability of aircraft and timely inspections
- Maintain a current knowledge of applicable Service Bulletins, inspection schedule
requirements, vendor information and all other procedures, publications and general
knowledge pertaining to customer aircraft maintenance, inspections, and servicing.
Additional duties will include but not limited to:
- The Maintenance Supervisor is also responsible for establishing clear direction
and goals consistent with program schedules and budget objective.
- Maintain an open line of communication with all staff as well as other management
personnel, while coordinating full control of work progress.
- Enforce & follow company policies & procedures.
- Follow guidance & direction from the Maintenance Manager.
- Responsible for ensuring Maintenance Technicians perform duties in a manner that
achieves the highest quality workmanship.
- Establishing daily work assignments & scheduling work within the overall production
schedule.
- Provide specific direction, technical guidance, while setting expectations for the
department leads & mechanics
- Provide training for department leads and mechanics.
- Provide a comprehensive turnover for the next shift Supervisor and track technicians
in their dai

Job Title: Challenger Maintenance Technician |
 |
Job Responsibilities include:
Millville Jet Center is currently seeking Challenger Technicians to perform maintenance,
structural/composite repairs, avionics/electrical installations and troubleshooting
in a FAA Part 145 Repair Station environment.
The qualified candidate:
- must have a minimum of 3 years Challenger-specific experience in one of the above
related disciplines
- must be able to perform maintenance inspections and repair using CAMP, maintenance
manuals, IPCs, SBs, CBs, blue prints, EOs and any additional support data
- must own complete set of tools relative to the requirements of the position

Job Title: Avionics Technicians |

Millville Jet Center has openings for Avionics/Electrical Technicians to perform
installation/modifications and troubleshooting on corporate aircraft. A qualified
candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience. Must be proficient using Maintenance
Manual Schematics, Wiring Diagrams and all additional support data.
Aviconics Technicians
should also be familiar with:
- FAR 91.411/413 requirements
- EGPWS/TAWS, TCAS, COM/NAV and
Flight Management Systems.
* Solid troubleshooting skills required * .

Gulfstream Maintenance Technicians |

Millville Jet Center is currently seeking Gulfstream Technicians to perform maintenance,

Job Title:
Quality Control Inspector |
 |
|
The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for performing required inspections
on assigned aircraft in both line maintenance and heavy overhaul FAA part 145 environments.
Additional duties include documentation of records, release aircraft for return
to service after work performed, proper execution of FAA Form 337 and/or maintenance
release. Inspectors shall be familiar with FAA regulations, FAA Airworthiness Directives,
Manufacturer Bulletins, Maintenance manuals, engineering material and will be responsible
for incorporating revisions into the repair station library or technical data. Must
have at least 7 years experience in an FAA Part 145 environment and to include at
least 3 years experience as an inspector. Applicant must also be certificated as
required by Part 65. |

Structures Technicians |

Millville Jet Center is seeking Structures Technicians to perform airframe repairs and modifications. A qualified candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience.
Must also be proficient with structural repair manuals, blueprint interpretation,
engineering dispositions, forming and lay-out design.

Job Title:
VIP Interior Technician |
 |
Aircraft Interior Technicians will perform a verity of tasks ranging from maintaining
and installation of aircraft interior components including sidewalls, floorboards,
overheads, vanities, seats, cabinetry, and carpet, as well as, assist maintenance
technicians with daily aircraft flight releases and recoveries and ongoing preventive
and light aircraft maintenance. Blueprint reading skills, patience, and especially,
attention to detail are a must.
